What you can expect?

• It's overpriced. You get little value for this price.
• You will have only a few matches, and you cannot search or swipe users by yourself.
• In the beginning, you will get some matches from your area, but later many partners are far away from you. Too far away to even consider a contact. Elitesingles don't take into account your preferences (age, habits, psychological profile, distance, education, the desire for having or not having children). It's like you spend all this time to fill the test for nothing.
• You will have the impression that most of the profiles are dead, and you have a chance to talk to only a few real people.
• If you try to contact customer service, they will not be very helpful about anything.
• If you check Trustpilot, you will see a lot o negative reviews and that this site has a ranking near to 1 where 5 stars are the best and 1 the worst.
• Their APP reviews on Google Play are also not very optimistic.

To summarize, it not worth spending money on it or even create an account.

Canceling premium membership in the right time or...

You need to cancel membership proper time before your expiry of the subscription term (You need to check the Terms and Conditions of www.elitesingles.com in your country. If you won't do it on time and try to contact customer service, it's most likely you will receive the message like this:

Dear User

Thank you for your message.

Your subscription renewed because it was not cancelled, at least, 7 days before the end of your subscription term.

I'm sorry the right to a refund of your membership fee is only valid for 14 days after the initial purchase and not after the subscription is renewed.

Your subscription is renewed for the same duration, as is indicated before and after purchase. However, it is still part of the same initial contract which you agreed to upon purchase.

The automatic renewal of your Premium membership has now been cancelled. Of course, you can still use your Premium Membership up until --end date--.

If you did cancel the automatic renewal of your membership on time, please provide us with some kind of documentation of this, and we will gladly look into it.
